I designed the Slave Journal to help support your Owner/slave dynamic. The beginning of the Slave Journal walks you through the basics of creating a solid Owner/slave dynamic.

The Slave Journal helps you to clarify each other’s needs, set intentions, look at what being a slave means, create a contract, create statements to each other, establish a ritual of intention, look at uses and allowances, create routines and structures, get clear about discipline and punishments, establish house and slave rules, establish slave tasks, create a weekly and monthly routine and track punishments.

The Slave Journal also includes 164 blank pages to journal – a place for the slave to keep their thoughts, to be used for the slave to keep notes about the Owner’s rules and preferences, a place for the dynamic to check in with one another and to ensure that their dynamic is moving in a way that works for both of them.
