SLAVE JOURNAL DETAILS
I designed the Slave Journal to help support your Owner/slave dynamic. The beginning of the Slave Journal walks you through the basics of creating a solid Owner/slave dynamic.

The Slave Journal helps you to clarify each other’s needs, set intentions, look at what being a slave means, create a contract, create statements to each other, establish a ritual of intention, look at uses and allowances, create routines and structures, get clear about discipline and punishments, establish house and slave rules, establish slave tasks, create a weekly and monthly routine and track punishments.

The Slave Journal also includes 164 blank pages to journal – a place for the slave to keep their thoughts, to be used for the slave to keep notes about the Owner’s rules and preferences, a place for the dynamic to check in with one another and to ensure that their dynamic is moving in a way that works for both of them.

I designed the Slave’s Daily Log to compliment the Slave’s Journal although it can be used on its own. It’s an undated daily log where the Owner and slave can record the day’s focus, the day’s mood, the day’s schedule, the day’s tasks and any notes for the day.

It’s a great way to keep the Owner/slave dynamic on track!

It includes three index pages at the beginning to help keep the daily log pages organized.
