The pages aren’t editable but I’ve included two versions for each pronoun – one version that’s partially filled in to give you guidance and one that’s mostly blank so you can create a version that’s unique to your relationship. I’ve also included a blank page that you can use for your own information and/or as overflow for any of the pages.
